If you’re always striving for the best you can always have your head & chest high. Stand tall and proud. That’s the OP ethos, that’s what I do what I do.

Get The Basics Right

Often we are really good at one or two of these fundamentals but don’t have all of them in harmony. That’s when we propel ourselves to the next level. It’s all about the basics done very very well, to then build upon with more complex & detailed training techniques.

Know your body & know when it’s at optimum performance you can do anything you want it to!
